Photos of the Countess of Wessex were difficult to come by, but here we can see that she wore her earrings with a clear stone set in a circular frame, plus a cap badge on her lapel. It’s not easy to see exactly which one this is, but I think it’s either the Corps of Army Music or Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps.

This blurry shot was the best I could present of the Duchess of Gloucester, who wore a pair of diamond floral brooches. She’s also wearing the cap badge of The Rifles.

And Princess Alexandra, the Hon. Lady Ogilvy wore large sparkling stud earrings with her pearl choker and her diamond clematis brooch, which is similar to one owned by the Queen.
