5. Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom wore a unique brooch on Thursday for a WI meeting; according to Gill at the RJWMB, the brooch hasn’t been seen since the 1980s.

4. Pearls, including a family pearl cluster and pearl drop brooch, were Queen Silvia’s choice on Wednesday to welcome the President and First Lady of Iceland for their state visit.

3. Queen Maxima wore her gorgeous emerald and diamond earrings with the family’s diamond and emerald butterfly brooch for a visit to the organic trade fair in Zwolle on Wednesday.

2. On Wednesday evening, Princess Sofia wore the new pearl setting of her wedding tiara with pearl drop earrings for the Icelandic state dinner.

Mismatched Jewels for Meghan in Cardiff

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continued their pre-wedding national tour with a visit to Cardiff today, and Meghan tackled yet another jewelry trend.

Meghan continued to wear her favorite minimalist gold jewelry, but this time she added two more trendy twists to her accessories.

On her left ear, Meghan wore an ear-climber style earrings featuring a trio of star designs. According to Meghan’s Mirror, this is one of the Gabriela Artigas Shooting Star earrings. (They retail as a pair, not as single earrings.)

In her right ear, Meghan fastened one of her v-shaped Zofia Day gold and diamond stud earrings. We previously saw her wear these earrings during her much-discussed appearance with Harry at the Invictus Games (and on the cover of Vanity Fair!).

As Meghan shook hands with the enthusiastic public, we caught a glimpse of a golden ring on her thumb. (She also wore a thumb ring during her recent visit to Brixton.)

Creepy-Crawly Jewels for Queen Maxima

On Friday, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands visited a new concert hall in Arnhem, and she brought some creepy-crawly bejeweled friends along with her.
