This year’s postponed Bal de Rose, Monaco’s annual glittering fundraiser for the Princess Grace Foundation, finally took place in the principality on Friday. The ’20s theme of the event brought out plenty of Art Deco-era sparkle!
Queen Elizabeth II’s jewelry collection contains some impressive heirloom pieces set with rubies, as well as more modern ruby jewels. Today’s suite, the Qatari Rubies, definitely falls into the latter category.
