Sparkling Royal Jewels From Around the World
Here in America, tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day. To celebrate, and say a little “thank you” to all of you, I thought I’d bring you Thursday’s post on the jewels of tonight’s Spanish state banquet in Sweden a few hours early. Enjoy!
Three cheers for another royal-royal state visit! On Wednesday, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain began their first state visit to Sweden, and we were treated to both gorgeous daytime jewels and glittering evening tiaras.

Today, the Spanish royals will embark on their first state visit to Sweden since the 1970s. The program for the first day of the trip includes a gala dinner at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, so we should be seeing major tiaras later on today! I’ll publish a full rundown of all the jewels on Thursday morning, but before that, let’s look back at Queen Letizia’s last tiara appearance in Sweden—and do some guessing about the tiaras we’ll see tonight!
