Sparkling Royal Jewels From Around the World
Another day, another major heirloom royal brooch moment at Royal Ascot! Queen Camilla wore Queen Mary’s turquoises and diamonds for the second day of the race meeting, and there were plenty of other interesting royal jewels on display as well.
Royal summer is officially here! The races at Royal Ascot began on Tuesday, and a large contingent of Windsors, all wearing special jewels, were on hand for the start of the annual meet.
Today is Garter Day, the annual celebration of Britain’s most senior order of chivalry. For the order’s annual service at St. George’s Chapel on the grounds of Windsor Castle, we saw some special royal jewelry on display.
