On Friday, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie joined in the celebrations in Esch-sur-Alzette.

Stephanie’s major accessory for the day was an elaborate pair of diamond and pearl drop earrings.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a black-and-white outfit for Friday’s celebrations and accessorized with an intriguing pair of statement earrings.

Here’s a better look at the modern design of the earrings.

Princess Claire kept her jewelry simple on Friday, wearing small stud earrings, a gold necklace, and her engagement and wedding rings.

Princess Alexandra (pictured with her brother, Prince Louis), wore her two-toned pearl earrings, plus a necklace with a gleaming pendant, a stack of slim bracelets, and a major ring on her right hand.
On Saturday, the National Day observations continued with an official reception at the Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte Concert Hall.
Grand Duchess Maria Teresa recycled the same modern earrings from the previous day.
She also wore a large, modern cocktail ring on her right hand.
Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie wore a suite of jewels set with pale blue gems.
Princess Claire, again, kept her jewelry very minimal.
Like her mother, Princess Alexandra appears to have recycled her earrings (and necklace) from the previous day’s events.
The grand ducal family also attended a Te Deum service at the Cathedral of Notre Dame of Luxembourg.
Lovely earrings set with purple stones were Grand Duchess Maria Teresa’s accessory of choice for the service.
Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie wore dramatic drop earrings.
Princess Claire’s major accessory for the Te Deum wasn’t a piece of jewelry — it was her floral fascinator.
Princess Alexandra appears to have worn the same jewels for both daytime events on Saturday.
But for Saturday evening’s gala, all of the ladies changed into spectacular jewels from the family vaults.
Grand Duchess Maria Teresa paired the Belgian Scroll Tiara with modern diamond and pearl earrings and Princess Ingeborg’s Pearl Fleur-de-Lis Brooch.
Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie wore one of the most interesting suites of jewelry in the family’s vaults: their diamond and turquoise jewels.
Princess Claire wore one of my favorite Luxembourgish tiaras, the Grand Duchess Adelaide Tiara, pairing it with diamond earrings.
And Princess Alexandra brought out the tiara and bracelet from the family’s diamond and aquamarine parure.
