1. My top vote of the week goes to a brooch debut: Queen Elizabeth II’s Sapphire Jubilee Snowflake Brooch, which she wore in public for the first time on Saturday during tea with the King and Queen of the Belgians at Windsor Castle.

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands headed to Voorburg on Tuesday to attend a scouting event, and although the environment was a fairly casual one, our reliable Max brought along a major pair of earrings.
