This week, the calendar flips to December, and you know what that means: it’s almost Nobel Prize time! We’re gearing up for one of the biggest royal jewelry moments of the year by looking back at some fantastic tiara moments from Nobel celebrations past. Let’s get things started with a look at the outfit and jewels that Queen Silvia of Sweden wore for the Nobels fifteen years ago, in December 2006.
