The Jordanian Tiarapedia Has Arrived!

Our Tiarapedia journey through the royal tiara collections of the world has arrived in Amman, where the royal women of Jordan wear a variety of fascinating sparklers.

This year, I’m updating and refreshing the Tiarapedia, a project that launched a decade ago as a way to compile provenance and wearer information for royal tiaras from around the globe.

Today’s newest updated section of the Tiarapedia focuses on the tiaras worn by the royal women of Jordan. From Princess Dina to Queen Rania, the country’s jewelry vaults have featured some unique and fascinating tiaras.

The Japanese Tiarapedia Is Here!

The wedding day of an imperial princess seems like a good time to debut a section of the Tiarapedia devoted to Japanese tiaras, doesn’t it? To celebrate Princess Ayako of Takamado’s nuptials, we’re bringing you a look at the family’s sparklers.

The Tiarapedia began in 2008 as a project devoted to collecting and sharing information about the provenance and ownership of royal tiaras from around the world. A decade on, we’re presenting an updated and expanded version of the project.

Today’s new section focuses on the tiaras worn by the imperial women of Japan. From nineteenth-century heirlooms to twenty-first-century creations, the family’s tiara collection is truly fascinating — including the tiara that Princess Ayako wore for the last time this weekend.

The Luxembourgish Tiarapedia Has Launched!

The grand ducal family of Luxembourg may live in one of the smallest nations in the world, but their tiara collection is truly massive. Luckily, the newest section of the Tiarapedia has a handy guide to the varied and wonderful sparklers of the Nassaus.

The Tiarapedia began in 2008 as a project dedicated to collecting ownership and provenance information about the royal tiaras of the world. This year, I’m debuting a new, revamped version of the Tiarapedia, complete with links to the numerous articles I’ve published here at The Court Jeweller about each diadem.

The newest section of the relaunched Tiarapedia covers the incredible tiara collection of the Luxembourgish royals. The grand ducal family owns an astonishing number of jewels, including both classic and modern tiaras. You’ll find sparklers fit for both princesses and superheroes among their collection, all described for you in their updated section of the Tiarapedia.
