It’s July in England, which means that it’s time for Wimbledon! Let’s have a look at the jewels the royal ladies have been sporting courtside, shall we?
The Duchess of Cornwall wore pearls to watch the tennis on July 2, pairing her usual earrings with a single strand of pearls. You can also see the other piece she’s been wearing lately, a small gold necklace with a “C” charm, peeking out from beneath the pearls.
Princess Michael of Kent wore an over-the-top set of jewelry in the Royal Box on July 6. She wore a similar set of jewels recently at Royal Ascot, though these are flatter and have a lower profile.
As usual, the Duchess of Cambridge turned heads when she and William attended Andy Murray’s match on Wednesday. She wore a pair of earrings we’ve seen her don before, the gold-plated Lolita earrings by Mirabelle, as well as her Cartier watch and her usual rings.
Sitting beside William and Kate was the Countess of Wessex. Sophie wore a pair of trendy pearl earrings that are fairly new to her jewelry box, a stud with a larger pearl affixed to the back of the earring. They’re by Heavenly Necklaces.
Princess Michael went for major jewels again on Wednesday, pairing glitzy earrings with an enormous pendant necklace.
Zara Phillips watched the match with her husband, Mike Tindall. She appears to be wearing earrings from her new jewelry collaboration with Australian jewelry designer John Calleija. (Also at the match, but apparently not spotted by Getty’s photographers: Lady Helen Taylor, watching with her father, the Duke of Kent. Prince Albert II of Monaco attended but predictably wore no jewelry of note…)
