Kate Wears Oscar in Manchester

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to Manchester today for a series of engagements. Kate wore a pair of eye-catching earrings for the events.

Here’s a close-up of the earrings, which are from Oscar de la Renta. Net-a-Porter describes them as “hammered gold-plated faux pearl earrings.” The pair retailed for £170, but they’re currently out of stock on the site.

Pearls on a Rainy Spanish National Day

King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia, the Princess of Asturias, and Infanta Sofia all gathered in Madrid on Wednesday to celebrate Spain’s national day. For the military parade and audiences at the palace, Letizia chose one of her most elegant pairs of earrings.

With her elegant black and white coat, Letizia wore her diamond and Australian pearl drop earrings. The earrings were her only visible jewelry for the occasion. Letizia’s had these earrings for some time; one of their most important outings was their pairing with her pearl and diamond Ansorena tiara.
