Today, we’re keeping the celebrations going with a close-up look at one of the most interesting tiaras she wore during her tenure as Crown Princess of Sweden: the Cameo Tiara.
On a snowy Monday morning in Copenhagen, the Danish royal family gathered for another celebration of the beginning of the reign of King Frederik X: a reception at Denmark’s parliament.
We witnessed history in Copenhagen today—Queen Margrethe II of Denmark abdicated in favor of her son, King Frederik X of Denmark. And, as you might have expected, there were plenty of very special royal jewels on display during the transition celebrations!
