Holiday Wishlist: Cartier
What can I say that you don’t already know about Cartier? The name is synonymous with some of the most glamorous and glittering jewelry ever made, and the collections of royals around the world are stocked with Cartier pieces. Just in case you’ve got a LOT (a LOT) of holiday money lying round, here are five of my favorite pieces from the house’s current collections.
Part of the Flora and Fauna collection, the Parrot Motif Brooch features sapphires, diamonds, mother-of-pearl, and a single emerald set in yellow gold. Fancy and fun! ($44,200)
I am legitimately in love with the white gold and diamond Caresse d’orchidées par Cartier Necklace. Sending out wedding invitations tomorrow. ($54,000)
The Paris Nouvelle Vague Earrings have everything. Rose gold? Check. Diamonds? Check. Gorgeous modern design? Oh, check… ($69,500)
Modeled on the company’s famous trinity ring, the Trinity Bracelet is a fun, bejeweled puzzle that would be an absolute joy to wear. (Price on request)
You could tie a piece of string around your finger to help you remember something important — or you could slip on the white gold Entrelaces Ring. Not a tough choice. ($1,320)
If you won the lottery, which Cartier pieces would you spring for?
