The royal family of Jordan was represented at the wedding by Prince Faisal (brother of King Abdullah) and his wife, Princess Sara. (The two have since divorced.) Sara wore delicate diamonds, including earrings with a leaf motif, a necklace that looks to have a similar central section, and an impressive diamond ring.

Hereditary Princess Sophie of Liechtenstein chose diamonds and pearls for the wedding. Round pearl drops are suspended from her diamond earrings; she paired them with a lovely bracelet featuring four rows of pearls in alternating sizes. We also got a quick glimpse of a diamond ring.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg also went for pearls, wearing pearl and diamond drop earrings, her wedding rings, and a large pearl and gold ring on her right hand. (You get two views of that ring in the collage above.)

Princess Lalla Meryem of Morocco, sister of King Mohammed VI, represented her country. She wore a gorgeous embellished kaftan with a pearl-encrusted belt. Her earrings were showstoppers: exaggerated, teardrop-shaped double hoops with orange gemstones (citrines? topazes?) in the center and on the stud.

Lalla Meryem was accompanied by her daughter, Sharifa Lalla Soukaïna. She also wore a beautiful kaftan with a sparkling belt, plus a pair of elaborate diamond earrings with dark center stones.

Princess — now Queen — Maxima of the Netherlands showed her national pride, wearing an orange gown with coordinating jewels. She wore her long diamond pendant earrings with large citrine drops. She’s also wearing two bracelets that feature citrines: a large, cuff-style bracelet that includes various shades of the gemstones, and one that includes pairs of citrines alternating with diamond beads.

Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway wore some of the most important pieces of jewelry in her personal collection: the small diamond chandelier earrings that once belonged to Crown Princess Martha, her husband’s grandmother. You can also see a large diamond ring on her left hand, plus delicate bracelets (including one with an evil eye charm) on her right wrist.

The Bernadottes of Sweden all came to the wedding. Queen Silvia wore the family’s gorgeous diamond floral brooch with diamond earrings (I believe they’re the small diamond drop earrings from Queen Josefina’s diamond stomacher). You can also spot a Cartier love bracelet on her right wrist and a large ring on her right hand.

Crown Princess Victoria, still a newlywed herself at this point, wore long diamond pendant earrings, plus a silver-toned cuff bracelet on her left wrist and rings on both hands.
