Time for another round of royal jewelry reimagination, everyone! Today’s target is the tiara from the Dutch royal family’s emerald parure. Above, you can see Queen Maxima wearing the emerald version of the tiara….
… and here she is wearing the second setting of the tiara, which features upright pearls. The piece dates to 1896, so it’s one of the family’s historical heirloom jewels. But if you had the chance to make changes to the tiara, what would you do?
