Jewels at the Swedish Academy

Queen Silvia wore the family’s pearl drop earrings; other than her rings, the rest of her jewels were hidden beneath her coat.

Crown Princess Victoria wore the family’s diamond floral brooch in her hair. She also donned part of the diamond earrings from the Braganza parure, a pendant necklace, a round diamond brooch at the back of her order sash, and a diamond and pearl drop brooch.

Princess Madeleine wore dramatic, modern pearl drop earrings. The diamond clips she placed in her hair are a pair of earrings previously worn by Queen Silvia.

Princess Sofia debuted a brand-new pair of earrings: emerald and chrysolite earrings by Caroline Svedbom. She also secured her sash with a glittering brooch.
