While the Spanish royals were honoring the legacy of Miguel de Cervantes, the Windsors were marking the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare, who died on the same day as Cervantes in 1616.

Camilla went with one of her tried-and-true pieces of jewelry to attend the Shakespeare Live event in Stratford: her four-stranded pearl necklace with diamond clasp. This particular clasp is slightly oval-shaped and features diamonds set in a cross pattern.
