The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry held a reception at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday to mark World Mental Health Day. The trio have made mental health awareness and support a cornerstone of their charitable efforts, including their Heads Together initiative.

The reception was Kate’s first public appearance since August, when the Cambridges announced their third pregnancy. To accessorize a new dress from Temperley London, she reached into her jewelry box for a pair of earrings from her favorite designer, Kiki McDonough.

These are the same diamond and blue topaz drops that Kate wore for her solo visit to Luxembourg in May. (We’ve got a good close-up view of the earrings here.)

Kate’s only other jewelry for the evening was her usual set of rings: engagement ring, wedding ring, and eternity band.
