Madeleine wore the tiara on this occasion with an extra diamond riviere at the base. (Crown Princess Victoria did the same thing at the Nobels in 2017.) This photo also gives you a glimpse of the small diamond and aquamarine brooch that Madeleine used to secure her order sash.
