Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel embarked on a visit to Australia and New Zealand this week, and Victoria wore a very sparkly set of blue jewels for a reception in Sydney.
On Wednesday, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel arrived at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney for a reception for Swedish Australians and members of the Swedish-Australian Chamber of Commerce. For the event, Victoria wore a black top with a blue floral skirt and black accessories.
The blue rose print of her skirt was echoed in the color of her jewels for the occasion: a blue crystal necklace and earrings set with blue and white gems.
The necklace is a Swarovksi creation. (Thanks to UFO No More for the ID!) It’s the brand’s Millenia necklace in the blue crystal colorway.
Here’s a look at the necklace as advertised on the Swarovski website. They describe the necklace as “a row of periwinkle blue octagon cut crystals, cradled in rhodium plated prong settings,” adding that it’s finished “with a hidden closure for a seamless effect.”
Victoria paired the necklace with earrings that have been in her jewelry box for several years.
The earrings, with a modern circle design, are set with diamonds and blue gemstones (likely aquamarines or blue topazes) in black and white metal.
One of her most notable previous appearances in the earrings came in July 2017, when she wore them for her 40th birthday celebrations at Solliden Palace. (Look at little baby Oscar!)
As usual, Victoria finished off the look with several delicate silver bracelets, her watch, and her wedding and engagement rings.
